UI Students' Union Secures One Week Extension for Add and Delete Portal Deadline

The University of Ibadan Students' Union (UISU) has secured a one-week extension to the deadline for the institution’s Add and Delete Portal, allowing students more time to resolve pending course registration issues.

In a statement released on Friday, 14th August, 2026, the Students' Union, headed by Comr. Adeboye Temidayo, stated that following its engagement with the University management, the portal, which was earlier scheduled to close on Saturday, 15 August, will now remain open until Friday, 21 August.

According to the statement, the extension was secured in consideration of students who have issues with their course registration or want to make necessary additions or deletions.

The Union advised concerned students to make use of the grace period and ensure that their course forms are properly sorted before the new deadline.
