In Days of Yore

June 01, 2026In days of yore,
Women adorned humility's grace,
Children embraced decency's path,
Young ladies cherished chastity's virtue.
In days of yore,
Fathers bore the mantle of responsibility,
Teachers kindled wisdom, shunned corruption,
Workers found solace in contentment.
In days of yore,
Youths possessed a sense of shame,
Elders exuded gentleness and wisdom,
Governments were held accountable.
Yet here we stand,
In an era where immodesty weaves life's tapestry,
Much like planets revolve around the sun,
Immodesty and its kin script our days.
